Strong Disaster Response year for ProceMX

It has been a very busy 2022 for the ProceMX team.  Our MX Work and Asset Management software has been used extensively by our partners responding to FEMA directed emergency events.  We finished out 2021 with a response to the Tornado in West Kentucky, and through 2022 we responded to the New Mexico Wildfires in April and a large continued effort for the dual hit of Hurricanes Fiona and Ian.  The quick succession of these hurricanes meant an “all hands on deck” response from our team.  Our team were on-site for President Biden’s visit to our operating base https://www.pbs.org/newshour/nation/watch-live-biden-gives-remarks-in-puerto-rico-amidst-hurricane-fiona-recovery

As always we would like to thank our team and partners for their ongoing commitment to this vital response effort.

MX Learning Centre now live

ProceMX are pleased to announce the release of our fully integrated Learning Management System to the MX portfolio.  With the LMS users can automatically be enrolled into role-specific training.  The unique blend of role-based training and certification/qualification for job position will initially be used to train subcontractors to the Emegency Power missions while en-route to the event.

Rapid training and familiarisation for temporary or short-cycle enrolled users is an issue with any work and asset management system.  This has effectively been solved with a unique deep integration into the work processes as defined by the customer.

COP26 – From Policy to Practice: Promoting a Resilient, Net Zero Future

As part of COP26 in our home city of Glasgow Procemx are pleased to support the Scottish North American Business Council’s expert panel event that will share experience from government, energy, infrastructure providers and climate finance expertise.

NOVEMBER 3, 2021 | 5:00 PM – 6:3O PM (GMT) | 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM (ET) hosted at a premiere location between the COP26 Blue Zone and Glasgow city center, with live webcast

As business and government make ambitious climate commitments at COP26, unprecedented action will be needed to operationalize the vision of a 1.5C world. This demands both new approaches and rapid adoption of proven practices, from finance to project management to stakeholder engagement. This event will explore emerging insights into ways to spur climate action in areas such as energy, finance, and trade and ensure that generational investments deliver a range of co-benefits.

This premier gathering will draw on local insights that have global relevance and promise to accelerate both the Race to Resilience and the Race to Zero. This is a special opportunity to hear from the public and private-sector leaders about what’s happening inside the COP26 Blue Zone, what’s not, and where we go from here.

Networking to follow, with light refreshments served.

Team members at Procemx are pleased to join in the praise for the appointment of John Scrivani as the expected next Commissioner of New York City Emergency Management (NYCEM).  We worked closely with John during his time leading the search for Potential Human Remains at the World Trade Center and wish him every success in this new position.
